Our rooms and tariff

We have a variety of comfortable and spacious rooms. All rooms have full central heating, colour television, hair drier and hospitality trays from which guests can help themselves to tea or coffee. Cots and high chairs are also available. Please note that we do not allow smoking in any part of the house.

Our rooms

• En-suite bedrooms with either a double bed or double bed and one or two single beds which are ideal for couples or small families. One of the en-suite rooms with a double and single bed is on the ground floor and being accessible from street level is ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs. 
• Our smaller standard rooms have either double or twin beds. 
• We also have some very spacious family rooms which have a double bed and either two or three single beds. These rooms are suitable for larger families or parties and are ever popular with students from home and abroad. 

Bed and Breakfast Tariff from £18 per person, per night

Our prices range from £18 to £30 per person per night for bed and breakfast depending on the number of people sharing a room. Reduced rates may be available for parties and midweek bookings or for stays of two nights or more. Unlike most guesthouses in Windermere we are often able to accept bookings for Saturday night only. Generally prices for children under 15 who share a room with a parent are charged at half the adult rate. At our discretion no charge will be made for very young children.
 
We are quite happy to fill flasks and dry wet clothes.

Please note that when booking we shall ask for a deposit which cannot be refunded if a cancellation is made less than two weeks before the intended date of arrival.
 
If there is a cancellation less than four days prior to arrival we shall, at our discretion, require full payment due to the possibility of not being able to let the room(s) at short notice.
 
Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
